Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms apply to the NapNest app. NapNest is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA), together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple's EULA applies.
1. Not medical advice
NapNest helps you record your baby's day and shows general information, typical ranges and estimates (for example nap windows and bedtime). It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Every baby is different. Always follow your doctor's advice, and contact a doctor or emergency services if you are worried about your baby's health.
2. NapNest Plus
- Plus is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions). If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules.
- One Plus purchase also unlocks Plus for the other phones in the same NapNest family space while the purchase is active.
- Apple offer codes can be redeemed in the app (Settings → Redeem a code) under the conditions shown with the code.
3. Family sync
If you invite others to your family space, they can see and change its logs. Only invite people you trust. You can remove a phone at any time.
4. Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or misuse the app or its server. We may limit or stop family sync for a family space that abuses it.
5. Availability
We work to keep NapNest and family sync available but cannot promise they will always work without interruption. Your logs are stored on your phone, so the app keeps working without the server.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, NapNest is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made based on the app's information or for loss of data; keep important information (for example from your doctor) elsewhere too. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
7. Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
